Congress’s Interbranch Role: The Executive, the Court, and Dobbs

In light of recent events such as the leaked Dobbs draft opinion and Congress’s response through legislation, the Gray Center hosted a timely conference on Capitol Hill to discuss the role of Congress in relation to both the Supreme Court and the Executive Branch. The conference included two panels followed by a keynote lunch.
