SCHOLARSHIP AND RESEARCH
The Center will be committed to the highest level of scholarship and discourse on matters relating to the administrative state. Projects will pursue “big” questions about how to enforce meaningful political and judicial checks on the administrative state. In addition, the Center will examine specific substantive topics that affect individuals and businesses in sectors such as financial services, energy and the environment, telecommunications, and technology and innovation. Focusing on current problems and debates, the Center will promote timely research and link that research to litigation challenges and public policy outreach. Please see our list of upcoming events.
If you are interested in participating in a research roundtable or pursuing research and scholarship with the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study for the Administrative State, please contact the Director, Adam White, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 703.993.9556.
