Professor Mascott Debated Alan Morrison About Whether Agencies Are Defying the Constitution

The Federalist Society hosted its inaugural Arthur N. Rupe Debate. This signature debate, entitled Crossing the Line: Are Agencies Defying the Constitution?, brought together the Federalist Society’s DC-area student chapters, DC Lawyers Chapter, DC Young Lawyers Chapter, Capitol Hill Chapter, and local Practice Group Leadership.
The debate was Thursday, February 22 at 6 p.m. in the Jack Morton Auditorium at George Washington University.
Judge Paul Matey of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals moderated this rousing discussion of agency law between Professor Jennifer Mascott of Antonin Scalia Law School and Dean Alan Morrison of George Washington University. This DC-wide debate was followed by a mixer reception.
