Notice & Comment: Regulatory Litigation Trends—A Conference for Practitioners, by Practitioners
May 29

Too many conferences on administrative law are designed by academics, for other academics and government lawyers, and are not nearly as productive as they should be. This conference is different.
The Gray Center is building a conference for great lawyers, by great lawyers. Our speakers are experts in what’s really happening in courts and agencies right now. They will highlight and analyze some of the most important legal and regulatory trends of our day, so that you can better understand what’s happening—and what’s happening next.
We want this to be useful for lawyers who need to know the latest trends in regulatory litigation.
