It has become increasingly challenging to teach Constitutional Law. The cases are long and complicated. The student population, like society, seems increasingly divided. And the concept of stare decisis continually changes. This panel at the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Association of American Law Schools discussed how to address stare decisis when teaching Constitutional Law.
