Dr. Ángel Cabrera welcomes the audience to George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, and offers remarks about the law school’s growth and its role in the university.

Dean Henry Butler introduces Adam White, Executive Director, The C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State, who says a few brief words about the Center’s founding, mission, and work.
